Surgically maintaining the spring of their youth

Some Real Housewives of Dallas cast members, such as Brandi Redmond and D’Andra Simmons, are open about enhancing their glam looks via plastic surgery and skin treatments. Season 5 of the franchise returned with a new cast member, Dr. Tiffany Moon, who knows the best plastic surgeons in Dallas. However, Tiffany isn’t the only cast member with cosmetic surgeons on her contact list. Lots of RHOD stars are believed to physically refresh their looks through cosmetic surgery and other skin enhancements.

Dr. Mark Deuber was featured on the show and he is a plastic surgeon. He is the husband of Cary Deuber, a nurse who has appeared in her husband’s plastic surgery ads. Clearly, plastic surgery and The Real Housewives of Dallas go together. While Cary stepped back from appearing on the show, preferring to transition to a “friend of” role, OGs and new cast members are stirring up plastic surgery rumors. The rumors never stop, thanks to their ultra-polished faces and figures.

Kameron Westcott

Kameron Westcott’s upscale Dallas vibe is a perfect complement to her looks, which call to mind the cool blond elegance of the late actress, Grace Kelly. Kameron is fashionista chic, but in true Lone Star form, she politely sidestepped Andy Cohen when he asked her if she had a nose job on Watch What Happens Live! While gesticulating with her hand, she said, “Oh you know, well, thank you for thinking that, but a true lady never talks about what…” Then, she added, “We never talk about our beauty secrets.” Kameron ducks the topic, but talk show host Wendy Williams wasn’t afraid to go there… and she did.

In 2017, Wendy played an RHOD clip, in which Kameron (who feels “disgust” towards the RHOD season 5 cast) did the “mean girl” thing to fellow RHOD castmates, Brandi Redmond and Stephanie Hollman. She called them out for going to strip clubs. After the clip was shown, Wendy rhetorically asked out loud, “Girl, how many times have you gotten your nose job?”

Wendy then elaborated, “Her nose was pinched.” Wendy then analyzed a picture of Kameron. She said, “Maybe you can’t go to strip clubs because of the position you’re in being a socialite and you know the stars and garters, ‘what would people say’ but don’t you judge the rest of us mothers.” Kameron probably didn’t enjoy Wendy’s comments.

Dallas publication D Magazine was not so intrusive as to write about Kameron’s possible nose job. However, the outlet did feature some of the skin treatments she receives. Kameron is a devotee of the BeautyBio GloPRO micro-needling facial regeneration tool, and she also gets quarterly SkinPen micro-needling treatments. Kameron said skin professionals told her the treatment can be done monthly, though she prefers to have it performed every three months. “My skin is more sensitive. Basically, it’s giving your skin trauma so that it rebuilds collagen. It helps the texture, pore size, fine lines and wrinkles,” she told the publication.

D’Andra Simmons

In January 2019, RHOD’s D’Andra Simmons dyed her dark hair blonde to distract the show’s audience from noticing that she had a facelift. “I’m all about telling people what I do, OK. I had facelift,” she admitted to The Lookbook on Bravo. “I wanted to have my hair blonde because I didn’t want people to notice my face because it takes a while to, you know, look like yourself again. So I thought, ‘Well, if they notice the hair, they’re not going to notice the face.’ So that’s really why I did it.”

She also went on to say that because her business is selling skincare, she has to look eternally fresh: “My neck was bothering me. I sell skin care for a living, and what I’ll tell people is that no matter what skin care you use or laser or tightening, there’s nothing that’s going to fix gravity. That’s just the way it is. So if you want to have that youthful, fresh look, you’re going to have to get a facelift. You’re going to have to have surgery.”

Brandi Redmond

Brandi Redmond, who is a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, believes her cosmetic surgery contributed to a miscarriage that she had a few years ago. During one RHOD episode, she told Stephanie that during a visit to a fertility doctor, she let the doctor know she had a “mommy makeover” the year before. The popular cosmetic surgery procedure alleviates the body issues that many women experience after their babies are born, such as unwanted changes to their breasts and midsections.

With a “mommy makeover,” several procedures are performed during surgery. Most of these operations include a tummy tuck, removal of fat (lipo), removal of stretch marks, and a breast lift augmentation and/or enhancement. Brandi said, “With my mommy makeover, my core of my stomach was separated. So they sewed it back together very tightly, and I was made aware that if I were to have another pregnancy, that baby may not be able to grow to full term.” Months later, during a Florida vacation, Brandi discovered that she was pregnant. During an ultrasound at a local hospital, she found out that she miscarried.

Stephanie Hollman

Stephanie Hollman, who used to be a social worker, admitted that after two children, she wanted perkier breasts. It was her former castmate Cary Deuber who told Stephanie that she also should look into vaginal rejuvenation. Stephanie did get the rejuvenation procedure. “I was literally like, ‘Girl, you need to get on the table and do this!’ Every time she jumped, she peed, so she needed it!” Cary said. She added, “Like, she’s had two kids. Her bladder – her uretha – it’s not what it used to be! So you know I think this is really good for her. Something she actually needed and she loves…”

Kary Brittingham

Mexico native and current RHOD co-star Kary Brittingham is reportedly a devotee of less invasive measures. These milder treatments help her to preserve her looks through the years. The “annoying” reality star does admit to getting Botox treatments, as well as two other facial treatments. Those treatments are Laser Genesis and HydraFacial MD. Laser Genesis is believed to spark new collagen production. It can fix sun damage and reduce signs of aging. This vascular laser treatment doesn’t damage the top layer of skin and works via micropulse technology.

The HydraFacial MD process is facilitated by a patented device named the HydraPeel. Vortex-Fusion is used to cleanse, exfoliate, extract debris from pores and infuse custom-made serums into the skin. A handheld device is utilized to siphon out dead skin cells and other pore-clogging material. The treatment offers mild skin peel benefits.

Dr. Tiffany Moon

RHOD’s newest housewife is Dr. Tiffany Moon. She replaced the fiery LeeAnne Locken, who was let go due to her racially insensitive comments. LeeAnne is another Dallas housewife who wasn’t shy about using plastic surgery to maintain a youthful appearance. Viewers may remember that LeeAnn was obsessed with the look of her hands right before her wedding to Rich Emberlin in April 2019. She confessed to having fillers injected into her hands.

Whether or not Dr. Moon has undergone cosmetic surgery remains a mystery. However, this very relatable housewife is a board-certified anesthesiologist and an associate professor of anesthesiology and pain management. She works at the internationally recognized UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. If she went under the knife, she did it quietly. She certainly knows the right people.

When it comes to making a good impression with their looks, Dallas women are beyond compare. Many of them are trained from birth to apply a full face of makeup and coif their hair. For devotees of The Real Housewives of Dallas, the way the cast members put themselves together is something to look forward to during each episode. For most of these glam reality stars, getting surgical enhancements and/or skin treatments is just a part of life.
